Re: My ToDo-List
As said, I have not planned to make any piece of clothing as rough as this. But my aim is though to give the province a clear profile in architecture, fashion and anything else. So I will mostly stick with rougher materials as fur, hide, wool, felt and flax.
The clothing works for both better bodies and vanilla bodies. There is only clipping with some of the vanilla shirts, but nothing serious.

Re: My ToDo-List
That's fine Worsas. I'm sure whatever you do will turn out great.

Re: My ToDo-List
Things are moving on very slowly. I only just finished a second pair of more elegant trousers after spending two evenings on nonsuccessful attempts at making shoes. But I'm just finding a working technique to get along with all of this.
Re: My ToDo-List
Great job Worsas. Those trousers look great. Don't forget to make some clothing with some color besides brown and light brown, though.
I wouldn't worry too much about shoes at the moment. Those are the least of my concerns since (1) they're so small most people wouldn't notice variances in style and (2) the vanilla game already comes with a number of shoes that
are so general in their style that they could be worn by anyone. Right now pants and shirts are what we really need.

Re: My ToDo-List
Time to revive this thread.
I'm going to do a few mesh-improvements that affect our next release soon.
-The apple trees will be changed for the better. They look horrible.
-The hay pile will be turned into something less eye-sore
-the fabric ontop of the market stalls will be changed to look less clean and overly bright.
Edit:
-And I'm going to tweak the interior wall of the karthwasten houses.

Sounds good to me. Feel free to take your time and not overwork yourself.

Re: My ToDo-List
Right. I'm always rushing a lot. I'm an impatient person.
I'm already somewhat done with the hay piles and the apple trees btw:

Apart from the other two things I will also remake the wither wheat to look more like a possible source of straw.
i was about to force myself to do everything this evening. but reading yetis suggestion, I'm going to get myself some sleep instead.

Re: My ToDo-List
What is your opinion on these changed interior walls?

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/223 ... walls2.jpg
I thought people would actually put some plaster on top of the stonework in order to fill possible holes in the stonework and have evener surfaces.
I also adapted the size of the wallstones to match their size in the smaller house shells. Looking at this whole karthwasten-set today, I realise I have rushed it too much in some places. There are many smaller areas that could be given touchups. But I will deal with the worst araes first before doing any minor tweaking.
Our rugs and the tapestry could really use some love.
Edit: Another thing I have done is straightening our corner stairs. I wonder how I could ever feel satisfied with the weird stairs from before.

This straightening affects the pathgridding in interior cells since the stairs are slimmer now. But the good side of this change is that i removed that little stumble-part where the two directions intersected. You will know what I mean when you see it.
Edit2: I made the stairs a bit broader again so they are properly walkable.

Re: My ToDo-List
I think they look great, even if they change the feel of the current ints. This is for interiors only, right? With the exteriors using the old (not as yellow as before) texture.

Re: My ToDo-List
It's a lot different! But I don't think it's a bad change.
The stairs are unequivocally a nice fix. Good stuff.

Re: My ToDo-List
In the latest Skyrim-Data there is an issue with the Sky_In_Redguard_Tile_Hall_02 piece. On one side the wooden trim near the ceiling is out of position.

I hope this is the right place to put this, I am always double-guessing myself when it comes to reporting these things.

Re: My ToDo-List
Hey Worsas, could you take a look at our Reachmen heads and tell me if I'm correct in thinking they are proportionally too small compared to their bodies? The anatomy looks off to me.

Re: My ToDo-List
Something about the colours as well. The faces look paler than the bodies.

Re: My ToDo-List
I will look about fixing these things sometime soon. The heads were based on some modder resource heads whose dimensions I did not change. Also, I could have sworn that the faces are actually darker than the regular breton faces. The face color is a bit different by intention. Slightly more brownish-yellowish.
Re: My ToDo-List
It looks like fixing the reachmen faces will be a more involving task. But I'm at it.

Thanks Worsas.

Re: My ToDo-List
I am reconsidering the face tatooes atm. Let me know what you think of this variant here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/223 ... etatoo.jpg
Instead of points and stripes, I'm thinking about making the tatooes depict branches. Morever I want more different tatooes than before, more different faces to choose from.

Re: My ToDo-List
The skin tone seems to match the body better now based off your screen. Could you provide a full body shot from different angles so that it's easier to judge the head size?
I personally liked the old tattoos fine, but more variety is always welcome. I don't see any reason not to include both.
As always, I appreciate you taking the time to model all this stuff, Worsas. I wouldn't be able to do my job here (interiors/npcs) without all the great resources you, Lestat and our other modelers churn out.
